Requirements

• Completed referral partner application

• Signed co-broker agreement

Benefits & Compensation

• 20% of gross commission earned on each deal with a minimum of $250 and a maximum of $7,500

• Weekly deal status reports provided to referral partner

Responsibilities

Must present basic deal information and client contact information to a Altway Capital account manager. After initial information and client contact information has been provided to your Altway Capital representative they will take over from there and simply provide you with a weekly deal status update until the deal is closed and you are paid.

Platinum Level Partners 40

Requirements

• Completed referral partner application

• Signed co-broker agreement

• Prior related experience

Benefits & Compensation

• 50%+ | actual percentage determined on case by case basis based on v of gross commission earned on each deal with no maximum

• Weekly deal status reports provided to referral partner

• Designated Altway Capital account representative

• Marketing materials provided

Responsibilities

• Must act as intermediary between the client and Altway Capital

• Must gather all required documentation and information as requested by lender

• Must transmit all correspondence back and forth between client, lenders and  Altway Capital
